RETURNS
The items that you wish to return first have to be registered over e-mail. Next the products have to be returned in original packaging within 5 work days with all original labels and tags attached.
The return costs are for your own expense. We do recommend to send the package with a track&trace number.
Articles have to be returned new, unworn and undamaged. Worn and damaged items and items with stains will not be accepted.
Within the shipment is added a return form. On this form you follow the instructions. The form has to be fully completed and has to be send back with the return shipment. If you like to exchange the items you can report this on the return form. Lost your return form? Please send a e-mail.
The whole selling price will be refunded.
